I'll help you make the changes to the deposit in QuickBooks Online, forevergrowing.

 

Manually added bank deposits can be edited in your bank register. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to your bank register where the cash was deposited.
  2. Look for the transaction and click on it.
  3. Click the Edit button.
  4. Make the necessary changes that you need to apply.
  5. Click Save and close.

You'll also want to run the Deposit Detail report after the changes are saved or after making a deposit. This report will show your deposits, with the date, customer or vendor, and amount. Just go to the Reports menu and look for Deposit Detail.
