How can I customise my invoice template? I have to copy and paste my payment information into each new invoice at the moment. Or copy old invoice and alter the invoice content in order to retain the added info put in the old invoice.

You can customize invoice templates through Custom Form Styles and add payment information in the Message section. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear Icon, then select Custom Form Styles from the Your Company list.
  2. Hover over the New Style dropdown, then choose Invoice.
  3. Navigate to the Contents tab and click on the Footer section.
  4. In the Messages to Customer area, add your payment information.
  5. You can further customize as needed.
  6. Once finished, click Done.

When creating invoices, ensure you use the created template. You can also add these details when emailing the entry. You can set this up in Invoice Payment under the Sales section in Account and Settings.
