To categorize your receipts and move money between accounts, you'll want to handle these as two separate tasks. First, record the money moving between your bank accounts as a transfer, and then match the receipts.
Here's how:
Go to All apps, then choose Receipts.
Click For review.
Select the receipt, then click Review.
Verify the Payee, Bank/Credit Account, Payment date, and Action.
Select the correct category in the Category dropdown menu. Note: Consult your accountant or tax professional to ensure you choose the correct account for your specific needs.
Hit Save and close.
