How to post bank deposit

I'd be happy to help you post your bank deposit in QuickBooks Online,  @usershaunluv.

You can create a sales transaction and assign it to the Undeposited funds, Then create a Bank deposit transaction in the New button. I'll show you how:

1. Select the New button and select Bank deposit.
2. Enter all the details of the deposit transaction.
3. Select Save and close. I've added a sample screenshot for your reference:
