We can utilize the Memo field to show the reference number for a bank-to-bank transfer in QuickBooks Online (QBO), ulwy-puc.

In QuickBooks, there is no specific designated field for adding a "Reference Number" when recording a transfer between bank accounts. However, you can use the Memo field to manually include the reference number or any relevant information you wish to track.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the +New, and under the Other section, choose Transfer.
  2. Enter the necessary details.
  3. In the Memo field, enter the reference number associated with the transfer or additional relevant details about the transaction.
  4. Click Save and close to record the transaction.

By using the Memo field, you can ensure the reference number associated with the bank transfer is documented in QBO for your tracking purposes.
