I am the master admin of QB account with main account (xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xx), today I surprised that my account deactivated. I need to recover it.

As long as you have an access to your email address and the phone number that you associate your QBO account with, we can follow the steps in this article to recover your account: Get help if you can't sign in to your account.
