Let me help you connect your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before anything else, I'd like to know if there's any error message shown when trying to connect Mezzan Bank to QBO.
There are various reasons why banks won't connect to QBO. Feel free to see the lists below:
Your bank has multiple names on our list. Make sure you have selected the correct listing or have tried all possible links. Search by the banking sign-in URL to ensure you are using the correct listing.
Your bank does not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs business accounts).
Your bank is not a participating financial institution.
After that, if the bank still doesn't show, this means your financial institution isn't one of the participating banks in QBO. However, we can send a request to them to work with us. Here's how:
Select Bank transactions from the Transactions tab.
Pick Connect account.
Find your financial institution's name. Then, you'll get a message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported providers".
After that, type the bank name in the Account provider and Account provider sign-in URL, then click Request.
