Open another browser and login to your bank's website. Then, copy your bank's URL at the top.
In QBO, go to Banking and then Banking at the top.
Select Add account.
Paste the URL on the search field. Then, follow the next steps that'll guide you through the rest.
If encounter an error code, that is due to an upgrade added by your bank to increase their bank or website's security and it's called the reCAPCHA V3. It helps detect abusive traffic on the website without user interaction.
