I can help you resolve the connection issue between your bank account and the program, Valerie.
Before anything else, did you receive an error message when connecting your bank to QuickBooks? Can you tell me the name of your bank? Any additional information helps us verify if there's an ongoing investigation related to your financial institution.
Here are the following scenarios of why you're unable to connect your three (3) bank accounts:
The bank may not be a participating bank.
Your bank might not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
The bank is having a system maintenance.
Some banks have multiple names on our list. You might want to check and select the correct one or try all possible bank URLs.
However, if all bank accounts are supported, we can access your QuickBooks account via incognito or private window. This mode doesn't retain cache, so we can verify if it is a webpage issue. It will also help with the unfunctional buttons.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts you can use:
For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N
From there, link your bank account again and check if we can operate the buttons. If it works, I recommend clearing the default browser's cache. Please do not include the cookies because they store helpful connection information. You can also use other supported browsers to isolate this issue.
Connecting your bank account is convenient for seamless synchronization. I need to make sure this is resolved so you can start running your business processing. Take care.
