I need to amend the way of sending an invoice I accidentally pressed to send invoices always through business suite I need to send via WhatsApp

Sending invoices via WhatsApp is a per-invoice action and cannot be set as the default delivery method.

To do this:

1. Open the invoice you want to send.
2. Select View/Edit and make any needed changes.
3. Once done, click the dropdown arrow next to the Review and send button at the bottom.
4. Select Save & Share (WhatsApp). This opens the WhatsApp share flow.
5. For the new invoice layout, select Share instead, then follow the steps to share via WhatsApp.

Note that sharing with WhatsApp is just for links to invoices at this time. Sales receipts, estimates, and PDFs are not available.
