I started receiving a lot of business income through a new bank this year. I have connected the bank to my Quickbooks, but the deposits are not showing up on my ledger?

What do I need to do to actually import transactions from this account starting at the beginning of this year? My previous accounts have synced automatically when added, but transactions from this new one are not showing up.
