In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll have difficulty locating your bank if it has several names, doesn’t connect to all account types, or isn’t a participating financial institution.
First, I recommend verifying the spelling or entering the bank's URL into the search field.
If the bank still doesn't appear after performing the suggestions, it means your bank isn't a participating financial institution. I can assist you in submitting a support request for your bank by following these steps:
Go to Transactions and click Bank Transactions.
Select Connect account.
Search the name of your financial institution. If the system can't find your bank, you'll get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find Kreissparkasse Heisberg in our list of supported providers."
Fill in the Account provider name and Account provider sign-in URL fields, then Request.
Furthermore, consider performing monthly reconciliations for your bank accounts to ensure they correspond to your bank statements.
