I work in a Bank and I would like my Bank listed among the Bank's that quickbooks customers can connect to. What is the process of getting my Bank added?

I'd be glad to provide you with the steps on how you can add your bank to the supported bank of QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Since the bank is not yet on the list of supported banks, you can follow these steps to request support for your bank:

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Choose the Connect account button. Then, search for the name of your financial institution. 
  3. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, tap Still can’t find your bank?.
  4. You may need to scroll down the page to find this.
  5. Enter your Bank name and Bank web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.
