While the option to pay bills online within QuickBooks India is unavailable, you'll want to manually record the payment using the Pay bills option. Also, if you connected the bank you used to pay the expense, you can match it to the manually recorded payment.
Here's how to pay bills:
Go to the + New button.
Click Pay bills and select the supplier's name.
Select the bill to pay and then review the amount and click Save and close.
