Actually in HUDs there is full amount of loan is mentioned as $ 101,000 and escrow as 66000 but the lender has paid $35,000 to the seller. Now I am receiving pricipal amounts in bank on later dates which does not adds up to total loan and escrow. What should I do for this?

Hi, I am struggling to find a solution to this problem. In my reconcile window, I have several invoices showing up as PAYMENTS. Some of these invoices have been paid by the client through quickbooks online payment and some have been received manually. Deposits are made as a lump sum which show up in the reconcile window as well as my bank statement. In the reconcile window, the invoices show up as payments as well as the lump sum deposits. Why are individual invoices showing up in the reconcile window if they have been already paid, matched and linked to a deposit? The invoices are showing up as payments and as an Accounts Receivable. It would make sense that only the deposits show up in the reconcile window and NOT the individual invoices. Any help would be much appreciated. I have called QBO support 5 times and was hung up on all 5 times. Support has not been great :(
i have watched multiple videos and you simple login your QBO account and integrate your squareup POS transactions automatically over to your QBO sales, however when trying to do this it gives the error ...."Your Square connection is coming soon. We can't connect you to Square just yet."
I only want to see Edit in the Action Column
I have a correct balance for 2023 after making the necessary corrections, but QuickBooks is still showing that I’m off by a significant amount. I'm not sure how to fix this issue.Could you please help me resolve this?

I am looking for help with recording money I transfer from my personal account into the business. I have just started the business and I transfer money from my personal account into the business to cover running costs until the bussiness can fund itself. The business does have some income but the money I transfer is used to cover some of the costs of items and subscributions but not always the full amount so I can't post it towards a full purchase. It can be a mix of the money I transfer, and money the business brings in.Thanks,Sean

I ask regarding my bank account is Philippines National Bank how can I connect my bank account?
My bank (Bank of East Asia - Business Banking (HK)) has a multi-currency account (CPLUS-SSA)However, when I connect to quickbooks, instead of allowing me to link each currency to a different account, it only allows me to choose one to link to. (Refers to attachment)And even if I link it to a single account, let's say "BEA Savings HKD", it will pull all different currency's account and treat it as if they are all HKD. So my USD, JPY, KRW account transactions will all be added to my HKD transactions, and this made this bank connection not work at all.This issue has been happening since I first subscribed to quickbooks, and I has reported it a few years ago but it's still not fixed. I will be extremely thankful if this issue could be resolved as right now I have to do all of these manually, and I am not sure if the ever increasing subscription is worth the value.
I am using the international version and by banking mess up we have been running 2 companies off the same credit card machine. To transfer funds, I am thinking to set up a holding bank account for the 2nd company and then cut a check to show the withdrawal. I am running 2 different QB accounts so added together, they do match (ie A+B = CCD statement - barring bank error)... just not sure how to try to reconcile the CCD deposits in Company A. Thank you
