I need to do new accounting for year 2023

i have taken over an account where the previous two years are messed up. so I want to start from january 1, 2023. But I don't want to lose the data for 2021 and 2022. suggestion on how to best do that?

I am in a country that uses 2 different currencies, and I have a bank account for each currency. Can Quickbooks track 2 different bank accounts with 2 different currencies?

I mistakenly linked a wrong bank account and now I need to unlink it.

Its started last Saturday noon, I tried to open it again time to time cause I need to continue my work unfortunately it still the same.

My statement says that transactions were deposits, but for some reason Quickbooks recorded them as expenses. It won't let me change it to a deposit and I can't reconcile the account. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Community, I have found several "answers" to the question above but none of them appear to be what I am looking for.  So, I have purchase an item form a person for £750.00 cash.  I paid cash and withdrew three seperate ammounts of £250.00 from an ATM (maximum daily ammount).  I have a repiept from that person for £750.00 which I scanned into QBO and created an expense from that. I have, of course, three seperate transactions in QBO that I want to match to that expense, what is the correct way to match those transactions with that expense? Thank you in advance for your help.
