Is Hang Seng Bank not available for connecting?

Hang Seng Bank can be connected in QuickBooks Online. You've got me here to guide you on how to do that.

When connecting a bank account in QuickBooks Online, you'll need to make sure that you select the correct name or URL of your financial institution. This way, you can link your account successfully.

To do that:

1. Select Add Account in the Banking Tab.
2. Search for your bank on the list. 
3. Choose the bank account you use. 
4. Click on Connect.

Know that if it's your first time to connect, QuickBooks Online automatically downloads the last 90 days of transactions.  

If you need more than 90 days of transactions, you can export additional historical transactions from the bank and upload them into your QuickBooks company. To do that, please refer to the steps found in this article: How to upload more than 90 days of bank transactions.
