You're right, @usershivarajgautam7. The tip option is under the Account and Settings in the Sales tab. 

 

However, this feature is only available in QuickBooks Online US versions. 

 

This is used to add tips to your sales receipt or with your employee in QuickBooks. To learn more, you may consider checking out these articles: 

 

 

On the other hand, if you want to add a separate service item for tips on the invoice, here's how:

 

  1. Select the Plus icon at the top, then choose Invoice under the Customers column.
  2. Click the customer and enter the necessary information.
  3. Under Product/Service, select +Add new, then choose Service.
  4. Name the service as Tip, select Undistributed Tips under the Income account, then click Save and close.
  5. Once done, choose Tip and enter the Amount.
  6. Click Save and send.

 

Additionally, you can also visit our QuickBooks Online App center and check out any supported third-party application that offers an embedded Tip feature. Otherwise, log in to your account and go to the Apps menu tab.
