Just logged onto my self employed and it auto logged me into accountant QuickBooks and last 12 months invoices have vanished

If you’re an accountant with both a QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) and a Self-Employed account, you might be viewing your firm’s data instead of your own, which is why you can’t see the 12 months of Self-Employed invoices.

To sort this out, log out of your QuickBooks Online Accountant session completely, then follow the steps below to switch accounts and access those invoices.

1. Go to the QuickBooks sign-in page.
2. Click the Sign in button and pick QuickBooks Online.
3. Choose the Continue to sign in option.
4. Enter your account details and then hit Sign in.
5. Navigate to Invoices and set the Date filter dropdown to show the Last 12 months.

Alternatively, open an incognito/private window or use a different browser when logging in to your self-employed account to break the automatic login loop.
