When you say your bank feed has disappeared, do you mean the bank account no longer appears under the Bank Transactions page, or are the entries missing? If the bank account itself is no longer showing, here's what we recommend:
Go to the Gear icon, select Audit log, and verify if there's any record of the bank being disconnected or deleted.
If the connection is truly gone, you'll need to reconnect to the bank. Please note that there may be duplicate transactions (depending on your bank), especially if you've previously categorized them. If there are re-downloaded entries in the Pending tab, please ensure that any duplicates are excluded.
If the bank is still connected but transactions aren't showing up, here's what to do:
Check all three tabs (Pending, Posted, and Excluded), as transactions may have been moved there unintentionally.
Verify the date range filter on the Bank page. It may be set to a range that excludes the missing transactions.
