My QuickBooks account has been unable to connect to my bank account for over a week. Despite receiving an email claiming the issue was resolved, this remains untrue. I am deeply disappointed, as it seems no substantial effort has been made to properly address or resolve this ongoing problem.

We recognize the urgency of having your bank account connected, and it's valid to voice your disappointment causing delays in your financial tasks, Crd1.
 
To obtain additional details about the email you’ve received, we suggest contacting our Live Phone Support. They’ll pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you with more updates. Here's how to reach them:
 
  1. Click the (?) Help icon.
  2. Enter your concern and click Contact Us.
  3. Choose a way to connect with us either Start a Chat with our live expert or Get a Callback from our live expert.
 
For now, let’s reconnect your bank account using different devices and supported browsers. Please note that QuickBooks Online (QBO) requires a refresh after addressing system issues.
 
If the same thing happens, we can manually upload your bank transactions into QBO via a CSV file.
 
Once you have uploaded your bank transactions, we can categorise them in the program.
