My receipts are not getting uploaded.. what can be the reason?

For Android:

 

  1. Go to Apps.
  2. Select the QuickBooks app.
  3. Tap Storage and choose Clear Data.

 

For IOS:

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select App, then tap iPhone Storage.
  3. Choose QuickBooks App, then Offload.

 

If the problem persists, consider uninstalling and then reinstalling the QuickBooks app to ensure it works correctly.

 

Alternatively, you can log in to your QuickBooks Online account using a web browser and upload files from your computer or Google Drive.
