Receipts fail to upload from iPhone or iPad. Even from camera roll. But after closing the app about 10 mins later then reopen they appear..

Since receipts appear after you close and reopen the app, the issue may be related to how data syncs on your device. I recommend contacting our Intuit Experts directly to check this matter thoroughly.

 

In the meantime, you can try manually uploading your receipts by opening the specific transaction and clicking on Add notes and attachments.
