To begin, did you experience any errors while connecting to your bank? If not, I suggest visiting your bank’s website to check for any system maintenance or important notifications. You can also try manually updating your banking page using a different supported browser. If your transactions still don’t appear in QuickBooks, I recommend reaching out to our phone support team for help.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon on the top menu.
  2. Select the Search tab and enter your concern. For instance, enter help.
  3. Click the Contact Us button and choose between Chat or Callback to connect with us.

 

While we work on establishing the connection with your OCBC bank, you can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online as an alternative solution.
