Hi there, accounts328.

Let's make sure you'll be able to bring transactions manually in QuickBooks Online without connecting your bank account.

We can use the Web Connect feature to manually upload transactions in QBO. It's how we can bring entries without linking your bank account to your book. First, download them from your bank. Here's how:

  1. Sign to your bank's website.
  2. Follow your bank’s instructions for how to download transactions to your computer.
  3. I would recommend saving the file where you can easily find it.

Once you have the file saved on your computer, you can use the Excel CSV file to import them in QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking on the left panel.
  2. Click the Upload Transactions button.
  3. Select the Browse button and choose the file saved on your computer.
  4. Hit the Next button.
  5. Select the bank account where you want the bank transactions to be added.
  6. Click Next and map the fields. Make sure the columns from the file matches in the QuickBooks fields to avoid errors.
  7. Hit Next to import the transactions.
  8. Then, Let's go!

Afterward, you can check out these articles to learn about handling imported transactions in the Online product:

If you have more questions as you go along the process, just post them here. I'll do my best to respond to you as soon as possible. Take care!
