Beforehand, may I ask which bank account you're using? This way, we are able to check if there's an ongoing issue on our end. I also appreciate any further details so I can provide an accurate solution.
If you're referring to bank account balances that show on the Banking page, I suggest clicking the Update button. It will help refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks.
Here's how:
Go to Bookkeeping and select Transactions, then Banktransactions.
Click to highlight the account you're updating.
Click the Update button.
This updates all your connected bank and credit card accounts. The number of transactions in each account tile will increase if QuickBooks downloads new transactions.
If you mean the bank balances that appear in the Chart of accounts section, it could be the Bank Balance option is disabled. You have to customize the page and make sure to checkmark the said option. Please follow the steps below.
