Why won't new customers show up in list when creating new estimate?

Sometimes when I add a new customer and then try to create an estimate for them, they don't show up in my customer list for the estimate

Since this is only happening sometimes for you, and not in every instance of creating new estimates, it sounds like it could be browser-related. Browsers store temporary internet files that can sometimes make certain web pages behave differently than they normally would.

I’d initially recommend troubleshooting your browser. In the event the same problem isn’t presenting itself while browsing in incognito mode, you'll want to clear cached data and Intuit-specific cookies to fix the browser issue. Also be sure to try restarting the browser like the browser troubleshooting article details, and adding Intuit as a trusted site.

You can additionally confirm you meet each system requirement for QuickBooks. This will ensure you aren't encountering unexpected behaviors while using the platform.
