Welcome to the community, Muhammad.

To connect your OCBC Singapore bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO), we need to send a request to your financial institution.

Please know that QBO depends on your bank to set up a connection. If a bank isn’t supported yet, it may take some time as QBO needs their approval to enable the integration. To send one, here's how:

  1. Navigate to My apps, then select Accounting.
  2. Click on Bank transactions and choose Connect account.
  3. Search for your bank's name. Since this isn't listed, you will get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported providers".
  4. Enter your Account provider name and Account provider sign-in URL, then select Request.

While waiting for your bank's approval, I recommend downloading your bank statements directly from your their website and manually importing them into QBO. This will allow you to continue managing your entries without interruption.
