Did you get an error message while trying to connect to OCBC bank, or are you having trouble finding it in QuickBooks?

 

First, please log in to your bank’s website to check for any ongoing maintenance or system updates, as these can disrupt the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. If everything seems fine on the bank's end, please share any error messages you encountered. This will help us pinpoint the issue and provide the right steps to fix it.

 

If you can't find your bank in QuickBooks, check to see if it is listed under multiple names. You can also search using the bank's sign-in URL to ensure you're selecting the correct listing. Make sure the spelling matches exactly as it appears on your bank's website.

 

If you've tried all potential names for your bank and are still unable to connect, or if your bank doesn't appear at all, please request support for your bank.

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
