Are you referring to adding a bank account for direct deposit? If so, you can add this in your settings.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Payroll settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Bank accounts section and click the Pencil icon.
  4. Complete the required fields under About your businessAbout you, and Your bank account, then follow the on-screen instructions.

Once completed, you'll receive a confirmation email prompting you to upload your ID for verification. You'll also need to verify test transactions (each under $1.00 CAD) that will appear in your bank account within 2–3 business days.

To verify the transactions:

  1. Return to your Payroll settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Bank accounts section and choose Verify your account.
  3. Enter the amounts as cents only, without decimals or symbols (e.g., enter 47 for $0.47).
  4. Pick Verify.

After completing the verification process, you can set up your employees.
