You can exclude transactions that have been downloaded in your books. Here's how;
1. From the left menu, open Transactions, then Banking (Take me there)
2. Click on the For Review tab
3. Checkmark the box for the transactions to exclude
4. Select Exclude
Note: To permanently delete them, open the Excluded tab, select the transactions and hit Delete. This process cannot be undone. Transactions deleted in error will need to be re-created.
Another option, since your QuickBooks Online account has been active for less than 60-days, is to start fresh. You can purge the data and start over.
