I'm happy to see you reaching out to Community. Welcome! After you've reconciled an account, deleting items can affect other areas of your books. QuickBooks Online Accountant has the features required when things like this happen. I recommend reaching out to your Accountant for assistance with unreconciling the transactions, so you can reconcile from the beginning without additional complications.
