does anyone know what to do when QB will not upload visa transactions manually

i have tried one lump some and even smaller groups. so far it is only letting me do one at a time and I have almost 300 to upload

There may be some differences in the formatting of the 300 visa transactions, which could be the reason you're unable to upload them all at once, @dlkrymuza.

 

Before proceeding with the manual upload, it's important to ensure that the data is in the correct format. QuickBooks supports files in CSV, QFX, OFX, and TXT formats. Instead of uploading the transactions individually, you can upload them in CSV format, provided they follow either a 3-column or 4-column layout.

 

Also, please note the following limitations: the maximum file size should not exceed 350 KB, and there's a 1000 line limit per upload in QuickBooks.

 

Once all transactions have been successfully imported, categorize and reconcile them to ensure that your QuickBooks balance matches your bank and credit card statements accurately.
