How can I undo a reconciliation if the "undo" button is missing? I am business owner and do not want to contact accountant.

It's a pleasure to see you in Community. Welcome! QuickBooks Online enables you to reconcile your accounts seamlessly.  However, there are times when you may need to review and undo some transactions, after completing the reconciliation process.  It's important to note that this can have a negative impact on other areas of your books.  For this reason, only QuickBooks Online Accountants will be able to undo the reconciliation for you. If you don't have an accountant, we can help you locate a ProAdvisor in your local area.

You can signup for a QBO Accountant account with another email address to access your QBO account as an accountant.
