Welcome to the Community. We're sorry to hear that you need to go, but we understand that things happen. QuickBooks Online gives you the ability to cancel your subscription from your account. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction to cancel your subscription.
Once you cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription, the system offers the option to access your account for one year from the cacnellation date. Before cancelling your subscription, I recommend exporting your data to ensure you have everything you might need. I encourage you to refer to the following steps to cancel your subscription.
Log into QuickBooks Online and then go to Settings ⚙ in the top right
Select Account and settings
Click on Billing and subscription from the left menu
Choose Cancel subscription
Follow the onscreen prompts to complete the cancellation process
