How do I go about reprinting old reconciliations

Hi there, 

 

It's important to have copies of previous reconciliations so you can stay organized and on-track with your bookkeeping. QuickBooks Online makes it easy for you to print past reconciliations. I'd be happy to explain the steps below.

 

1. Click Reports in the left menu.
2. Use the search bar to find Reconciliation reports.
3. Choose the Account and Reporting period.
4. Click View report from the Action column to the right, or choose Print from the drop-down arrow beside View report.
5. If you've clicked View report, you can print by hitting the printer icon just above the right-hand corner of the report.
