How do I manually add a credit card charge that did not appear in my reconcile window. (It's not in the downloaded transactions either)

it's important that all your transactions are correctly entered for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to connect to multiple bank websites in order to import transactions so you can save time with data entry. I can point you in the right direction to enter this transaction.

In order to enter a transaction manually, you can click on the +New menu, then select the transaction type you want to enter. Enter the details of the transaction, including which account it has to affect, then Save.

if you'd like to import a file with the transaction, you can do so by following the steps in this article. You can remove all the unwanted transactions from the file before importing in order to make sure there aren't any duplicates.
