Hi leith-hauladaytr,

Thanks for reaching out here.  Recording your payments in Undeposited funds is a great way to keep track of them until you're ready to make the deposit in your bank.  QuickBooks Online has everything you need to accurately match the deposits with the payments you've received so you can reconcile effortlessly.  I'll be happy to assist!

After you've entered the transactions to your Undeposited funds account, you'll create a bank deposit.  Here's how:

1. From the left menu, select +New and then Bank deposit

2. Choose the account you want to put the money into, using the Account ▼ dropdown

3. Checkmark the box for each transaction that matches the deposit slip

4. Hit Save and new or Save and close

Note:  If you don't see all of the transactions in the Undeposited funds account, you'll need to add them.

For your reference and additional information, follow this link to record and make bank deposits in QuickBooks Online.

Let us know if you have other questions.  We'd love to help!
