How do i unsync my bank automaticaly moving transactions to categorized instead of for review to i can review before it post.

To stop QuickBooks Online (QBO) from automatically categorizing your transactions instead of leaving them in the For Review section, you'll need to turn off the Enable suggested categorization option in the bank transaction window, @Derek11_2.

By setting up bank rules, you can make your transaction categorization easier and save time when checking your accounts. However, if you want to review transactions before they are categorized, you can uncheck the Enable suggested categorization feature.

Here's how:

1. In the Transactions menu, select Bank Transactions.
2. Select the tile of your account.
3. Click the Gear icon below the Go to bank register option.
4. Uncheck Enable suggested categorization.
   
   

After making this change,  refresh your QuickBooks login to ensure new settings take effect.

For transactions that have been incorrectly categorized, click the Undo option in the Action column to move them back to the For Review section. From there, you can manually review and categorize them accurately.

It's also a good idea to reconcile your accounts in QBO regularly (every month) to keep track of your income and expense transactions and catch any possible errors.
