How long to credit card payments take to get deposited into your bank account once they are paid by the client?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a dynamic way to enable your customers to pay their account immediately.  I'd be happy to provide more information here!

If you've just set up Payments, the first few deposits will take a little longer while we set up your accounts.  The funds will be deposited within five business days after your first payment.  After that, they'll be deposited within two business days.  

For additional assistance, I recommend contacting us outside of Community.  A member of our Customer Care team will work with you personally, and provide additional information, if your payments have not been received.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
