Hello dneproyvr-gmail-,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community!  We know that mistakes can happen and transactions can be accidentally deleted.  QuickBooks Online provides the features you need to reconcile your account effortlessly.  At this time there isn't a way to restore a deleted transaction, but you can enter it again if you have the required information.  I would be happy to help!

If you don't have the information for the deleted transaction, you can go into the Audit log to see the transaction information.  Here's how;

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and choose Audit Log

2. Tap the Filter button then set the date

3. Go to Events then click on Show only these events

4. Use the Transactions check box

5. Pick Deleted/Voided Transactions from the Show ▼ dropdown menu

6. Hit Apply to see the entries you're looking for

7. Look for the deleted item, then click View under History
8. Press the arrow beside the date of the transaction to show the line items.

9. Once you've obtained the transaction details, select +New from the left menu, then choose the transaction you need to recreate. Use the information on the report.
