Let me guide you in resolving the bank error and ensuring your credit card transactions are downloaded to QuickBooks Online, syoo.
Bank errors usually occur if there’s an interruption between your bank’s website and QuickBooks Online. First, ensure a stable internet connection, allowing the system to gather the necessary resources to download your transactions.
Next, check the Bank Feed Status page for any ongoing issues related to your bank. The page includes troubleshooting steps for the errors listed.
If the error and your bank’s name aren’t mentioned on the Bank Feed Status page, we can return to QuickBooks Online to review your bank credentials and update them if needed. This will refresh the connection with your bank.
From your Bank transactions page, click the Edit (pencil icon) next to the connected credit card account.
Select Edit sign-in info and enter your updated credentials.
If the error code isn’t listed in the article, please provide more details about your situation. Additional information, such as an error message and a screenshot, will help us determine the best course of action.
