I appreciate the steps you’ve already taken to resolve this, Dave. Let’s work together to restore your missing transactions after October 17, 2025, in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

To provide an accurate solution, could you share the name of your bank? This information will help me provide more tailored guidance specific to your situation.

In the meantime, I recommend visiting your bank's website to check for any maintenance announcements or system alerts that explain why transactions from October haven’t synced properly.

You can also check your Transactions page. Please verify that the filters for Type, Account, and Date are set to All to ensure the visibility of your transactions.

If the issue persists despite these actions, I suggest contacting our live support team for further assistance. They have the tools necessary to securely review your account and provide personalized support to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Feel free to click Reply if you have any additional questions.
