I am trying to connect a bank account. The window shows the account I want to connect with a tick mark, but the connect button is not illuminated. What is wrong?

Connecting your bank to QuickBooks allows you to easily sync your transactions and run powerful reports. The Banking module in QuickBooks makes it simple and intuitive to streamline your work and I'll be happy to assist you. 

First, I'd like to start by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. One of the easy methods of troubleshooting is clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies cleans your browser allowing it to function more efficiently without having to worry about your browser info getting deleted. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead.
