I cannot reconcile the Visa acct. I only get the RESUME reconciling message instead of ending bal and date. Previous month has finished and printed. What to do?

it's great to see you in here.  Welcome back!  It's important that you're able to reconcile your account seamlessly in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be glad to assist!

When reconciling your accounts, you'll have the option to either 'finish now' or 'save for later'.  When you save it for later, you'll see the option to Resume reconciling.  To ensure the ending balance and date are aligned with your statement, follow these steps;

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and choose the Chart of accounts

2. Click on Resume reconciling

3. Select Edit info

4. Enter the Ending balance and Ending date

5. Hit Save to continue
