I don't want to renew my QuickBooks and it renews automatically...If someone knows...

Having control over your bookkeeping means you can feel confident in the accounting software you choose to use. QuickBooks Online makes it simple for you to subscribe, as well as cancel, on your end. If you no longer need QuickBooks Online, I'll explain how to cancel the account so you're no longer being charged. 

1. Log into your account. 

2. Select the Gear icon. 

3. Click Account and Settings.

4. Click Billing and Subscription. 

5. Select Cancel Subscription. 

Once cancelled, you'll have 365 days of read-only access to your account. After that time, your account will be permanently deleted from our servers.
