I get money through etransfer into my savings account quite often, and it’s not counting it under my income, it says I have no income even tho I have aprvd the transfer?

In order for Quickbooks to register the money as income, it would have to be posted against sales invoices.  When reconciling the payment, are you linking it to accounts receiveable as a payment from a client?
