Question

I have wasted 3 hours of my time just trying to authenticate to RBC multiple times today. Putting up with this for years.

Basically, man, it’s honestly terrible. I’ve had to authenticate myself over and over again and change my password multiple times because QuickBooks keeps failing to connect with RBC—and then RBC locks my account.

I’ve been quietly putting up with this for years. But this time, I had to spend 3 hours authenticating, reauthenticating, and changing my password. I had to change it five times because QuickBooks didn’t seem to recognize the new RBC password or something.

Your API connection to RBC is just broken. It doesn’t work. I have no idea what you’re going to do to fix this, but I’ve wasted so many hours. I genuinely considered ditching QuickBooks and going back to Excel. This is not worth my time.

The whole reason I use QuickBooks is for the bank connection...

Please, seriously, pay attention to the integrations and figure out how to fix this.
