You can use an automation app for this need. The app will monitor events on your QBO account and send emails to your Gmail account.

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Canada currently doesn't have a feature that provides a notification when funds com in.  However, if you'd like to see this available moving forward, you can submit a suggestion to our Development Team by going to > Settings ⚙ > Feedback.  In the meantime you can review third party apps for the best fit for your business needs.
