Question

Is anyone else unable to see historical bank reconciliations in QBO. The bank is reconciled every month but I can only see teh last 3 months. Is this a glitch?

Hi there, mond. Only seeing three months of data is usually caused by a filter or browser issue, not a system glitch.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically generates a reconciliation report every time a reconciliation is completed and provides an All dates report period filter, ensuring you can view your entire history.

If you have already applied this filter and are still only seeing three months of data, I recommend performing browser troubleshooting to determine if a browser-related issue is preventing the older records from displaying.

Start by ensuring your browser is up to date, as outdated versions can cause issues. Next, log in using a private or incognito window to see if your saved data is causing the problem. While in that window, access your historical reconciliations again.

If the issue persists, restart your browser and add Intuit to your trusted sites list in your browser's security settings.
